1965-1968: Sussex University. Teacher's Certificate with merits in
Art and Practical Teaching.
1968-1969: Art Teacher at Wildernesse School Sevenoaks Kent.
1969-1971: Art Teacher at Lewes Tutorial Unit for Maladjusted Children.
1971-1972: General Teacher at St Andrews Preparatory School. Eastbourne.
1972-1997: Art Teacher, and then Head of the Faculty of Creative Arts at
Hampden Park School, Eastbourne. (Now known as Eastbourne Technical College).
During her 25 years there she became Head of House, Head of Art, and Head
of the Faculty of Creative Arts.
She was also a Southern Examining Group GCSE Moderator for Art and
Design during that time, and became Subject Advisor and then Assistant Chief Moderator for the South East in 1995.
She also served on the Education Panel of the Towner Art Gallery, Eastbourne.
1997-2002: Working on her own painting in Cornwall, having taken early
retirement from teaching.
2002-2005: Working on her own projects in Scotland.
